IMO there is an install or hardware issue there should not be any noises even if you dropped 1.5 in with no bump steer kit. I had my friends shop install my Koni struts because had no time any time walk in that 8000 sq.ft bldg there's at least $20M cars there incl his own $5M.

Mechanic was a hack.
I do agree with you, and I think simply put, the hardware issue is it being aftermarket dampers not Ford or FP :(

I’ve narrowed down my problem to what I believe is the sway bar end links, does ford performance make any?

I decided to go MOOG, going to have another set of eyes take a look at the install. I’m becoming pretty frustrated at this point and going to explain my situation start to finish.

I used the Moog ones very stout. Then I got the steeda ones cause they look nice.

Generally end links can pop and bind if you’re lowered enough. They do make a huge difference when you drop 1.5” or so but I’d expect the 0.5” drop from the min drop steedas to be totally fine.

I’ve used white line in the past and have been very happy. They are supposed to be adjusted with the car on the ground though.

I believe is using adjustable bar need to adjust loaded to match same angle as stock bar horizontal meeting endlinks though it is variable for sure.

I used soft Eibach setting tried a few variances and found fully retracted was identical to OE links and works perfectly. I did extend about an inch plus and steering response was sharper.

Stupid question, but did you have the suspension (I think the called it this at least ) Re Clocked? Basically there was another thread about ride issues somewhere, and they found the answer to be after the suspension is dropped, you need to loosen and re torque a bunch of fasteners to allow every thing to settle properly

Not a stupid question at all, I’m not sure if they did, but since I posted here I’ve decided to bail out for the Ford Performance track kit, the MOOG endlinks, ford performance control arms, and eibach camber bolts, and go to a Mustang specific shop near me, so everything should be right this time as I’m replacing it all.
