Ok cool, thanks. I’m thinking of running square 19x9.5 +30 with 275/30s (maybe 35). Trying to figure out if that’ll be good for both looks and functionality. I can also do +22 and +15 if necessary. I’m on coils and want to have a nice track fitment without rubbing.
I think 275/30 would look really small and not fill out the wheel well. For pure looks I liked 275/40 but 275/35 would probably work better for your purposes with coilovers. With +30 offset you shouldn't have any rubbing issues.

+22 offset might work up front but you'll get some poke in the rear.

I was purely thinking 275/30 for the sake of being able to go a little lower without getting too close to the tire, but yeah you’re probably right about 35 being good. I’m thinking I might do +22 up front and +30 in the rear. You think that’ll get a pretty consistent look all around? Or should I go all the way to +15 in front? I’m honestly not too familiar with the difference in spacing between the front and rear.

ET25 is "flush" or border-line poke up front and a little poke'y at the rear, depending how you want to look at it. I recommend more like +30.

Also /30 are rubber bands. Unless the tire you want is simply not available, choose at least /35 profile.

Buy 4 of the same wheels. It's by far the easiest option. If you want to push the fronts out, you can add a 5mm slipon, so +30 becomes +25. if you want a much thicker spacer you're going to need extended wheel bolts.

A 275/30R19 is going to be a very small wheel and tire. 275/40R19 is the stock PP1 rear fit, and 275/35R19 looks a bit small, frankly. They don't fill the fenders all that well.

So really, do a 275/35R19 and not a 275/30. The 9.5" +30 would be flush on the rear. On the front it kind of depends on your camber, but +30 would be the normal fit for a car with stock like camber. If you have a ton of camber on the front, then you could try the +22, but being soo close to a square setup I'd just go square +30.

My biggest concern is that a lot of tires (like the Conti. DWS06s that I have now) tend to have sidewalls that bow outwards a bit further than the wheel. I’m worried that if I go with a flush wheel, then I’ll end up scraping the sidewall on the fender. I’m not trying to go crazy low but I definitely want just a little tuck, so I fear bumps could become an issue.

then don't go past (less than) ET30. And if the sidewall 'bulge' is a bit much, add a bit of air. I run the DWS at 36PSI instead of 32. Not to mention the part that overlaps the fender inner liner is at the top where the sidewall is the least squished.

You're WAY over-thinking this.

I definitely am, but I’m just terrified of buying everything and then having things go badly. My buddy didn’t do enough research and it turned into a bit of a mess.

275/35 (+30) square with Conti DWS06 on stock suspension.

Ok awesome. I appreciate it man. Would love to see a sharper angle to get a better sense of how flush the wheels are sitting with the fender if you have a moment to do that at some point

Since you're worried about rubbing the fender, don't put wheels up front with smaller offsets that would sit further out. I agree with getting 4 of the same wheel so you can rotate them. As was already mentioned, you can always get a 5 mm slip on spacer to make it an effective+25 up front.

I too have been browsing and shopping for a new wheel & tire set up for my 21' Vert.

Because the car is a "Cruiser", not a canyon carver and not a drag car, I think I've settled on going with a square 19"x9.5" +30 and running a 275/40/19 tire.

The car might receive a set of minimum drop springs in a couple of years, don't know yet. But one thing for sure is that I'm only doing this once. Analysis Paralysis is hitting big time.

I was kicking around the idea of going staggered with the set up mentioned above and a 19"x10.5 rear and a 305/35 tire but again Analysis Paralysis and not sure if +30 in the rear will look correct and fit well.

Wheel well gap is not my priority with this decision and neither is a exact flush fit. A bit of tuck to prevent spray up when rain is encountered is the thought there.

I've scouring the threads but wouldn't mind some direct input as well. I'm considering a set of Aodhan AH02 wheels as they have the look I'm after and fit the budget without me cringing.

Given your goals, that fitment will be perfect for you. I know from direct experience. The wheel gap will look uniform front/rear, too.

As for staggered, no one can tell. Except when looking from behind and in a crouch, and only by guys at cars and coffee. Even then, you'll be parked in backwards and then no one will see!

Very true on multiple points. Also , the ability to rotate is nice as well.

I had Aodhan DS08's 19x9.5 +22 squared, I'd think you'd like the look if you don't mind the wheel gap. I'd still have them if I didn't destroy 1 in the rain  but now I'm on 20x10 +30 and 20x11 +50 which look amazing. 275/40 would definitely look better than the 275/19s that I had.
