VA killing my license plates man!

Everyday is a new reason to hate Virginia. (Maybe you like VA but personally I'd rather live inside an elephant corpse left in the sun)

To be totally fair....I can understand to a degree why my personal plates get rejected. Currently at 6 rejections.

Most recent: BL0-J0B (because I'm blown) made sense to me...what's the issue

Other rejections: VA SuX, NoVa Sux, go2 H311, UR-Trash. Next up I'll try 3ATSh1T

Anybody here have a smart ass plate they snuck past state hired Nanny's?

Same here in IL, they reject a fair amount. Here’s our Secretary of State reading a listed of “naughty” plates. At least some of them made him laugh a little

My mom was rejected for her plate of 6PAK2GO on her 1970 Challenger. She appealed and won. She had an article written about the car from 1970 and they called it a six pack to go. One of the appeals member was pissed that the plate was then passed.

My desired choice of “BZZBOMB” or “BUZZBMB” was denied for advocating violence. No, actually it’s advocating for a song and driving fast.

Back in 05' when I moved to Florida from NY, I applied for a vanity plate. I felt badly for all the innocent folks in Thailand who were affected by that massive tsunami.

I applied for "Phuket " and was denied.

Surprisingly my uncle, a marksman in the Army among many other things, was able to get "10XCLN" through the Ohio censors. It's proudly displayed on a Grand Cherokee in Columbus.

Delaware has suspended issuing vanity tags eariler this year due to a lawsuit. They had issued a tag and then later wanted it recalled as they didn't think is was appropriate. The woman sued the state and won her case under free speach, so the state is now not sure what to do with future tag applications.
