Your 2017 doesn’t need anywhere near $40K to do it.I could dump 40K into mine that I bought brand new in 2017 and still be ahead 5 grand ha-ha.

Remember the idiots almost bragging about paying 2-10k over msrp during covid?Just remember when bitching about car prices kids - they are priced that high because stupid people are willing to pay that much. Same with anything else. MURICA.

Synthetic scarcity was learned in covid now everyone trying to make it stick I love it while my competitors are quoting 10-16 Mths and demanding 50% deposits I'm delivering spec on the spot or 5-7 Mths orders with equipment that generates $60K mth revenue at 25% margin.on 1 year produced contracts.THIS.
In my opinion, allocations are dumb on limited production cars too, since the pool of buyers gets smaller the higher the price. If I had a group of folks willing to pay list price for an expensive item that I was producing, they'd all get one.
God it's ugly...expensive. looks terrible as well. This one in Lake Guntersville, AL is $83225.........![]()

But bro, they're "carbon".Someone or a dealer actually ordered those wheels?! They are hideous...like a circle of spatulas. That would be a deal killer if they couldn't get rid of those wheels.
Totally agree. Now, if you change the wheels for the default HP wheels and bring the price down $8k, it just like any other overpriced Dark Horse out there. Car should be around $68K.God it's ugly...expensive. looks terrible as well.
Carbon fiber wheels can be done well, Ford (Carbon Revolution) just chose to instead make some of the ugliest ever conceived. But bro, they're "carbon".
Good thing for me my mountain biking phase got me over being wowed by that!
Also call it Black Eye instead of Dark Horse... God it's hideous.Totally agree. Now, if you change the wheels for the default HP wheels and bring the price down $8k, it just like any other overpriced Dark Horse out there. Car should be around $68K.
Cripes it's NOT a GT500!This dealer wanted $10k markup for the one on the lot. But no markup on a GT. I told them I would rather special order a GT but they have to put in writing no dealer mandated accessories or markup.
Traded my Mach for this. $86,000 ordered my way with NCM delivery. Looked at the Dark Horse (briefly) before choosing83225.... that's insane
