Can't get my order placed

I am at the dealership trying to order and the system is throwing error codes. I need understanding as to what the codes mean. Any dealer out there that can help me understand.

Is Puerto Rico able to place orders for vehicles at this time? I know they are a U.S. Territory just didn't know if they had a simultaneous release date.

Update: I was not able to order. Three different people tried and nothing. Apparently it is an error in the system. The could not even order any other mustang for themselves. Apparently PR is not able to order yet.

I wonder if your dealer can still access the order banks via CONCEPS. If so, that may be the way to get it ordered.
