So today, since my wheels will be in next week, I decided to go ahead and paint the calipers. After that was done....well, we had some more time on our hands. I ps'd what I originally wanted my engine bay to look like and today I just pulled the trigger with some other car enthusiasts. Purchased "grabber green" high temp engine enamel and black enamel and started to paint away. 5 coats each, 15 min intervals and it was good to go. Tell me what you guys think.
I'll let you guys know how everything holds up as the months go by...but I've used this stuff under the hood before and it never failed me.
Personally, this cost me about 15 dollars to do....compared to the 300+ shops were trying to charge me.
