How can I still achieve proper handling without a sway bar?

If I have a 100 Lb/inch spring and a 200 Lb/in spring. Which one will lift the front faster?
It's harder to open a stiffer spring just as it is to compress it.

Again, go look at any vendor of front suspension components and they are going to be running a lighter (and possibly longer) spring than stock in the front for drag applications.

And as always you want the strut to match for it.

A stock spring up front would be just fine, but going to a stiffer spring in the front is going to make the weight transfer worse.

Both of those spring will not compress 5 inches if they are different spring rates.

Again, look at a drag car that lifts the front. Does it lift it more with 150lb springs or 250lb springs?

A 250lb spring will not compress or release as much. The spring rate works both ways. Remember that at some point you get to a spring that is so stiff it won't really compress or expand.

If you fall off a roof, do you bounce higher if you land on a trampoline or concrete?

You're storing and releasing energy. Think of it that way.

I answered why stiffer springs are going to give him less traction

There's nothing stopping you from taking your front sway bar off now and driving it around and seeing how it feels (unless it's snowing where you live)
It litteraly snowed last night here in pa 😂 I refuse to let this car touch salted roads

This definitely helps! I’m already running lowering springs do you thimk I’m fine with them and running no sway bar? The spring rate on my lowering springs is 168 in the front and 711 in the rear

Which is a pointless comparison because the springs would never be compressed the same amount with two equal bowling balls

A better comparison is, build two of these playground items. Use a 150 spring on one, 250 on the other, give it a push and which one is going to bounce around more?

I'm not arguing that stiffer springs will not decrease body roll, that is true.

I'm arguing what he posted here:

If I have a 100 Lb/inch spring and a 200 Lb/in spring. Which one will lift the front faster?

The damper with high compression will keep the front up longer.

If I have 100 Lb/in springs in the rear or 200 Lb/inch which one will compress faster? A damper with high rebound will keep the rear down longer.

So if these are my choices I would use the 200 Lb spring with a high compression damper in the front and a 100 Lb spring with high rebound in the rear.

The spring rate discussion aside, the OP doesn't want to track the car. He said it's a street car. It seems to me that he is trying to Bandaid a situation. Whether there's a good option or not I'll tell you my concern. He wants to add significant power and reduce handling. Should he ever become involved in an accident and there be an investigation, or even the insurance company estimating a repair, his insurance company will deny coverage and drop him in nothing flat. Because he removed a significant piece of steering suspension he's putting himself in a huge liability position.
Surely there's a way to add power without having to compromise handling. What does Ford do when they sell a factory supercharged car?

I don't see it as a predicament.
First, not casting shade but I don't see the need for that much power on a street car. But that's a completely different discussion.
It's the liability thing that is truly frightening. Example; the wife had a minor fender-bender. So minor that I fixed ours with a bumper cover and headlight. The woman she hit demanded an ambulance, she walked, without assistance, to it when it came. She sued us for $3 million dollars - no shit 3mil! The insurance company dropped that car and raised rates on our other two and settled by paying out the policy maximum - $500k. Oh and they refused to renew our umbrella policy 🙄.
Consider carefully what something like that might cost you if you're left high and dry versus the cost of a new motor
Like I said, not a predicament for me.

They don't add a crank support for one.

Insurance company isn't going to care that you stuck a blower on your car and crashed it?

You could run a low boost turbo setup and not have to worry about removing the sway bar at all, as there won’t be a need to piggyback off of the harmonic balancer at all.

They might, probably would.
But that's not quite the same as altering suspension components to make it handle worse.
Besides, it's not the insurance company, it's the others that might be involved and their lawyers learning that steering was intentionally compromised that would worry me.
