Here are the tunes and logs for the GT500 injectors and the MAF load fix/patch that @markmurfie was mentioning.

The R7a Patch was with what you told me to do, then the R7b Patch was that plus disabling the ARCH you were talking about. Disabling the ARCH thing got the air loads to match with the manually calculated one but the car runs rough.

Also if you look at the R7b Path log in the first gear pull you can see spark is crazy low and knock is really high. Any ideas on why the ecu is freaking out? I shift into second and it does fine.

Didn't see any improvement on fuel trims with the gt500 injector data. R7a/b are using the original roush data I was using.

Does PCMtec have a free editor software you can download like HPT or do you have to buy the product before you get access?
I think you have to buy it to get any access. I wish they made the logger separate and free.

All the more reason for the OP to get his IAT fluctuations sorted out first. Agreed ?
100%. I understand why he's ignoring it, but imo it's a complete waste of time not starting from a baseline with the stock intake. That video he posted earlier of 89F intake temps at idle on a 100F day is literally not possible, so something isn't right with this intake setup.

Ya the PMAS cai is a pain. I think I’m going to clean out the garage so I can do it though.

Couldn't find that parameter
I don't think it is in Gen 2.

So changing the WOT start stop fixed the air load? But it is running rough.

So the ECU doesn't like something in the TB. Is yours stock? I also noticed it is only open 83 degrees and requesting 97%. Is this the way you have it programed?

Where in the log did it start running rough?

IAT's look high at 130. Your fueling is under 5% and it is pulling fuel I think that is the safest way, having it pull fuel. Until I was certain the CAI and MAF sensor are good I'd leave it along.

So the WOT stuff didn’t change the air load but disabling ARCH did. When I disabled the ARCH the car ran rough at idle and low throttle.

Throttle body is stock. Haven’t changed any thing with throttle body programming.

And no the car is having some issue where some times it isn’t giving it full power. Iat was high because I had the car on with ac while I was making tune changes and it was sitting a long time

How did WOT feel with ARCH disabled?

Felt fine. I think you can even see in the logs that the car is running rough at idle and low throttle

So what does ARCH stand for. I know it is cyl air anticipation.

Just wondering why PCM calls it ARCH

I dont think its the anticipation. I think ARCH just stands for air charge.

Here is the description: Switch to enable use of filtered air charge

On HP it is called "cyl air filter"

I'm dealing with 3 versions of software and I learned on HP so the terms sometimes escape me.

I have experienced turning off cylair filter makes the car run like shit. Having cylair anticipation off seems to be fine though. But like K4 mentioned I am unfamiliar with PCMtec terminology as well. I may have forgotten or missed it are you on e85?
