Thank you for all of the responses. I have asked the tuner to please review the logs and tune one more time. I'm a bit nervous though as they also sent an E85 tune and I was getting ready to load the tune and noticed it was for another mustang model (wrong car), I don't think that would have ended well had I not noticed and loaded it.
Get an E85 tune from Wengerd Performance.

THIS right here, and I have zero dog in the fight, as I am not tuned by him. Just search this forum for people's reviews of his work and customer service. He's the "go to" guy right now for good reason. Some of the big name tuners that are well known have been resting on their laurels for far too long.

Just noticed you've got a 2016 ... when i had my 2016 it was the same. The newer 2018+ Coyotes aren't getting the gains the Gen2 Coyotes got.
Lucky me!

Get a Ford performance tune and power pack... Had a 21 GT and it was incredibly lazy with it even when using quality gas. Honestly felt like it would lose to a 6 cylinder Camry. Biggest waste of money ever.

You are talking about the Ford Power kit for 2018-2021? I love my kit, drove a stock S550 and the car felt like a dog coming out of my car.

Here’s my time slip from tonight‘s trip to the drag strip on my Lund 93 tune. DA was very good tonight too. It’s usually around 2600-2800 ft in the summer months down here in Florida.

I met a guy at the track with a 21 Mach 1 (10R80 car) on 93 fuel (no tune) and a JLT CAI running consistent 12.20’s @ 116 on factory tires too.

I've been on a 93 tune for so long I can't remember factory perf I. Any great detail. Aside from the factory tune couldn't pick up revs for squat, and overall felt lazy/lethargic. After rune there was no kick in the pants as such below 4000 rpm but now the motor would actually pick up revs all the way to red

Here are some old time slips on E85 for comparison with similar or worse sixty-foot times in warmer weather.

Correct. My 21 6spd felt like an absolute dog with and without it installed. So much so that I traded it as soon as possible. I know it was primarily related to the criminally bad gearing, but it just never felt like >450hp car should.

I don’t know what is considered a respectable time or power output from a 93 tuned vs E85 tuned car, therefore, I would love to see time slips from others, who have made some 1/4 mile hits on 93 tune (no matter whose tune it is). Please list whether your car is an A10 or MT82 car.

I can’t wait to burn up the rest of the remaining 93 fuel in my car and put it back on E85.

I've had tunes on other cars before where the tuner made the throttle more linear, so more throttle->go faster where OEM tunes are generally not linear like that. Maybe it's just the throttle calibration.

Does anyone here run a Wengard FLEX Tune on an 18-23 Auto GT/Mach1?
Can't seem to get an answer whether it's ok to run year round on the Flex going between fuels.

Yes, it’s okay to run the Flex year round. I’ve been on mine for 3 1/2 years straight. I’ve switched between fuels a few times. I did burn out a fuel pump with 7K miles on my car tho. Not sure if that was a fluke, E85 related or what, but it happened. I’ve since upgraded to the DW400.

Weird, not sure why E85 would have anything to do with a fuel pump going out unless the E85 sat in there for a while.
But thanks for the response
You are on a 19 though, wonder if Wengard changed anything on 21

My car with the Ford Performance power kit and 4.09 gears is a beast now. Transformed the car.
