So what are the possibilities?
I'd have to say wiring, or choice of 02 sensor? What part of these sensors are failing? Signal circuit or heating circuit?

OEM sensors and the upstream ones. I have catless headers if it matters

Hi all. Longtime viewer, first time poster. I have decided to get my car away from a "instagram build" and build it into something I want.

With that being said.. I drive a 2018 5.0 pp1. It is still my daily, but I was thinking about going e85. I heard the 2018+ didn't need injectors for e85, also I drive about 30 miles one way to work. Any insight on this would be helpful and how often would I have to fill up?
I have an '18 PP1 on E85. My commute is very similar at 30-32 miles each way and I fill up every 4 days.

Any codes when you decide a sensor has failed?

I ran e85 for 43k miles with no O2 issues. Now I run a shit ton of boostane in every tank and I'm at 75k miles. No issues with my O2s.

OP,
With a commute like yours I'd say 16-17 mpgs is probably pretty accurate on e85. I'd get as high as 19mpg on a tank if I babied it but that was a rare occasion. Usually I was right around 16-17 and my commute was about a 60/40 highway/city. If I really drove it hard it would get as low as 13mpg.

Nothing more accurate than this......

I don't remember all the codes but got random misfire and misfire in cylinder 8. And once got slow response in the sensor

I just drove my 2018 5.0 across the country, with most of the drive on e85 minus a stretch from Vegas to Denver, and a bit from Denver to around Kansas.
No issues whatsoever, the e85 tune from Bama/AM is amazing, and you’ll def notice a difference in performance on your car. In long distance driving, I was getting around 20mpg on e85, and then dropped obv once I got into mixed city/highway to around 15-17mpg (I also have the JLT cold-air installed).

Expect 15 to 18 mpg. Not sure what the delta is between 91/93 and E85 in terms of price, but recently I've found I'm spending about the same on E85 although I might be visiting the pump more often. E85 is a hell of a lot of fun though.

Yep. 15-18 is usually the range for E70+. I’ve done 19.5-19.8, with epic granny driving all down hill for 108 miles. (450’ drop over that distance).

Ive had my 21 on e85 daily for 30k miles. No issues. Getting about 260 miles per tank
I was thinking about doing that with my 19GT PP1. If you wouldn't mind, did you mod your car like, LTH, CAI, TB, BAP etc? How do you feel the performance and drivability is compared to stock. Thanks

You guys running E85 on NA cars is really helping owners like me. Are you NA too? If so what supporting mids did you go with. Did you go with a Flex Tune? If NA, which route did you go with regard to your fuel system? Do you fill car with 93 prior to winter?
Thanks for your help

18+ up cars need no fuel system modifications to run E85 naturally aspirated. There are lots of threads on the form about flex vs dedicated E85 tunes. In the end the performance difference isn’t drastic and it all comes down to how consistent your E85 quality is. Those with consistently high quality E usually run the dedicated E tune. Those with lower consistency E or those who drive longer distances like the ease of running the flex tune.

I personally run a dedicated E85 tune from April through October. In early November I switch to my flex tune, run out the E85, fill with 93, add stabilizer, and tuck it away for winter.
