Yes. Things are starting for production, it is invoiced, and the window sticker should be avail. The blend date on the sticker is the date the chassis and body are blended together on the assembly line. This timeline will update with IN PRODUCTION date on the blend date. The Build should be completed in 24-48 hours. Also, on the blend date the modules in the body come alive! Attached my timeline below. My notification of In Production was 7/19 and sticker became available on 7/20. Blend was 7/26, and Built was 7/28, and released for shipping on 8/1 (7/30 and 7/31 were weekend).

I think the blend date is the actual build day.
Blend date is the day it is supposed to enter final assembly, it is usually built by the next day.
From what some insiders were saying, figure on getting word your Mustang is Built withing 48 hours of your Blend Date.

I don't really get how people are mentioning secure financing. How do I know what all the final costs are going to be? I sort of know how much cash I can put down (that amount will grow more and more as the time to sign the deal nears). I went through my credit union for my Bullitt and plan to do the same for this car. What am I missing here? I've never bought a car brand new from Ford before.

Most of us know the range of credit we will need to finance the car and we know the down payment. So, for example, I have 30K in cash, the car at MSRP will cost 68K, put License Title & Tax roughly around 10 to 11K and you know you at least need to get a loan for approximately 49K. So you check to see if you can get a loan for about 55K and if you don't need it all, they will adjust the loan accordingly. That is all we are doing locking in rates sooner, to avoid more interest, knowing our cars are already built and being shipped. I saved a lot by doing this before the last two rate increases, especially since I understood the Fed will raise interest rates. And they are not finished. This should have happened long ago, that is why they are being very aggressive now. Be prepared for another rate hike next month about .50%. I think the two aggressive increases of .75% was significant enough to send the right signal to the market. I don't see them being aggressive going forward, but I could be wrong here. This is what I think based on what Powell was saying in his interviews.

If you’ve never seen how these are built, check it out. Then while you’re driving your new ride, imagine what it looked like just a few weeks before!

I put in for $60K, got approved for $75K and a descent 3.29% rate for these days.

I wouldn't count on the Fed slowing down increases yet. They've been pretty stupid, raising interest so high and fast in a recession, especially one with such high inflation rates already. They could drag things down for a long while and make recovery very slow and difficult.

Are you buying through Granger ?
Who or what is Granger? I went to Bickford Ford in Snohomish, WA to place my order. I'll be using my credit union to secure financing.

Granger is a Ford dealer in Iowa through which many here seem to be obtaining their steeds.

Go to your state's DMV and you should be able to look up what your tax and license will be, if you know your out the door price.

The dealer did give you the price and Doc. fee numbers already when you put your deposit down, right?

Take the OTD price, add tax & License and add another 20% or so. The subtract your down payment and trade in if any and apply for that much.
