Ford Tracking website down for weeks?

Hi all,

I have had a VIN for some time now and every time I go on to the ford tracking website and enter my info it says tracking is not available at this time. Anyone else had this issue?

If I was a order tracking web site I would go down to. Can you imagine how many times a day these guys are tracking their orders.

Thankfully I had Snoop tracking my order, he was a miracle worker.

Thanks for that...and while it does work for me...it's onlyshowing "order confirmed" and I do have a build date. Perhaps it's not as detailed..

Mines worked twice on CA site, but since then, hasn't worked at all for last 10 days or so, must have tried 50 times over that time.

I'm assuming my order number is correct, since twice it did pull up my order, and correctly showed my order date, brittany blue, etc.

It's the four digit order number that was on my preview order, and that's what the Salesperson gave me when I asked for an order number for the tracking site. Again, it did work twice, so I assume that's right, but curious of others also have such a short order number.

Same here. I have VIN and scheudled for build day of May 25th. I don't know if it has to do with it being the Canadain site, though all information should be the same, or until its actually picked up on the assembly line, it will not display more info
