Hi All, I’ve been tracking my order a bit obsessively since I received my VIN a couple of weeks ago at Order Tracking Site. Not sure if it’s a bit of new functionality, but now I get a preview of my build the same as the main site configuration tool. The pics aren’t as large, but nice to have a confirmation of what I’ve ordered.

Question for y’all. I have my estimated build date in early April, does anyone know when that would be reflected on the order tracking site? My order is still in a ’Order Received’ status. Does this tool have the capability to update the build date?

You won't see the Scheduled Build date on any tracking site. You will have to contact your dealer or someone at FP.

This is the route I would go.
Send an e-mail to either Anthony or Noah at FP and ask them for the latest status.

If you have a VIN, include the last 8 of the VIN, Example: M5501234

If you don't have a VIN, you will need the Order Number and Dealer Code, which will be on the Vehicle Order Confirmation (VOC) or the Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgment (DORA)

Thanks Snoopy. Per your guidance, Anthony provided my build date after I reached out to him a couple of weeks ago. I was hoping to see that info in the online tracking tool, but suppose it is not to be. As always, appreciate your assistance!

Hey @Snoopy49 - you probably know...

about how far out from the “scheduled build week” do they then set a “scheduled build day”?

I’m week of March 26 but no need to go asking people for a day before they set one... just looking for a rule of thumb to be respectful of their time

I would be guessing at this point, I have no reference point for the 2021's

I would email Anthony or Noah at FP once a week and have them check the status.

Last year Ford decided not to include the secondary status on the websites, but even when they did, it only showed it as "In Processing - Scheduled Week or Day", Scheduled Week or Day was the secondary status. The date was never available. The only way to get the date is to contact the dealer or FP, they are the only ones that can see it.
