That was with the stock fuel pump and bap? What size injectors? Did you test it at actual E54 or just calculated it was that content? Do you know what wot lambda it's commanding?
I was on the stock fuel pump and BAP for a while with no problems. When I recently made the 809hp run i put in a walboro 525 and kept the BAP on. I was seeing pressure in the 40s up top on the stock pump so i just wanted some insurance plus its super easy to replace the low side and the 525 is cheap. 47 lb injectors. Max duty cycle on those is 60%. The E content was between 50 and 54. I physically tested the pump I got it from. WOT lambda is .78 past 6500 rpm

Did you put a T fitting on the 525 to help with the venturi like the stock pump? What does the pressure drop to now with the 525? Also I think I saw it was std correction but do you know the correction percentage factor when it dynoed over 800?

Very interesting it has no venturi, I've seen others report no issues like that but I always wondered how well the crossover between the two tanks would work without it. I'm also surprised you're only on 47lb injectors at 60 percent duty cycle making that much power. Do you know your DI/PI split?

There is no difference in the di/pi blend from stock. its 90% from .6-1 load

And yes I just found out the hard way with no venturi I will run out of gas when the gas light FIRST comes on. I had about 2 gallons left in the tank. T fitting sounds interesting to combat this. Do you know of a thread where anyone has done this?

It may be commanding that DI blend but the ecu will automatically adjust if the DI can't keep up, you can log the actual split I'm guessing it's closer to 50/50 up top at those power levels.

On the venturi I've seen people use a T fitting with the venturi side about a third of the diameter as the flow thru, I'm not sure how well it actually worked though. Keep in mind by doing that you'll drop off a few more psi while under wot conditions.

You just need tee similar to this one: Tee
and divert the smaller 4mm hose to the stock venturi. You will get some fuel pulling or splashing over due to the differences in volume. But man I'd be afraid to go under a 1/4 like this. The tank a sender on each side, and those are averaged if I'm not mistaken. So at 1/2 tank you could be empty on the active side and full on the passive side. many people have had this problem before.
I assume you have the hose hooked up and the fuel is getting some siphoning effect from the passive side.

the blend is not something i log but next time i do i will add it. the stfts are within 1.5% throughout the pull.

ill upload pics of my 535 install when I get the t fittings from amazon... still a few weeks away shipping to New Zealand.
Im surprised you hit over 800 whp on 47lb. Mine will be similar to your build, 535 pump BAP but 1500cc injectors.

What are you guys monitoring to keep an eye on your BAP and pump condition/performance? I’ll be using a BAP with the stock pump, have an nGauge, and would like some peace of mind that they’re both operating normally past the initial logging phase

I'm on the largest pulley, no problem so far with 633whp
