The car is angled at the rear towards the front and then those lights are straight out. Looks odd.

To me one of the defining features of the Mustang is the tri-bar taillight….definitely not for me.

A person in town (small town too) has them. I’ve seen them in person... to me anyhow, they don’t look any better than the pictures show.
Not my style, but to each their own. I’m sure some people won’t like the mods I’ve done as well...

When I see them on a Mustang, I don't think gt40, I think of a guy that wanted a Red headed Italian but was about 175k short on funding.
I think maybe a set of 60's shelby (oem cougar) tail lights might look ok. but would need to follow the tail panel curve to look right.

I dont like em at all, but I do love their headlights on my gen 1 raptor. Morimoto makes a quality product, but those taillights are no good, styling wise. That said I don't love the factory tails either. They are just ok to me.
