A lot of us have. Well worth it if you plan on keeping the car long term. Not sure it makes sense if you plan on selling within a couple years though. It’s not cheap but in my opinion it’s worth every bit of what I paid.
how much is it generally and do they do the whole car?

Well, I am happy to say that I have finally joined the Mach 1 family! Like some of you that have waited as long or longer or all together went through the same agony as I did of being canceled has now finally become a reality.

Remember the saying.

Whatever can go wrong will go wrong, but there will always be silver lining "

I almost gave up!

They can do the whole car, up to you. I didn’t on mine but I wish I did. Prices vary quite a bit. I would shop around your area but my advice would be as long as you can budget for it to go with the best shop not just the best price if possible. I got quotes from a few places that made me very nervous. The shop that did my car has great people working there, it’s really clean inside, and they do some very expensive cars. Plus the owner is a Shelby owner on this forum.

Are the orange calipers closer to Orange Fury or Twister Orange? They look great

I ended up getting quite a few quotes. Doing just the front was going to be ~$2k. The front, hood, rear fenders, rear decklid was ~$3k. Whole car would be $4-5k.

Keeping in mind that (apparently) you can get a quality repaint of the entire car for $4-5k, and that PPF adds basically nothing to resale value, it was just too expensive for me to justify

I am really looking forward to seeing my Eruption Green on a Mach 1, the pics of the GT500 looked amazing.
I had an emerald green 92 LX that color looks close. I cannot wait for you to post pics when you get it.

glad i am not the only one with a tight garage, that stuff has to go somewhere right....looks great
It’s a three car, but the only thing I could fit in the third section would be a VW golf😂😂
So I’m putting a welding curtain up and using that bay as my catch-all/workshop, that way nobody has any reason to get close to the Mach anymore😂😂

We are in the same boat, I have a three car, two of the bays are 21 but I have some cabinets in front of bay one cutting it down to about 19 or so, second bay is the biggest at a little over 20 or so and the third is 16', originally I was going to get a Cayman PDK and ease it into the last one but decided to kick my ATS out and put the Mach 1 in bay 1 when it comes in and just put all the junk in bay 3.
