Are you going to get acclimated with the car using the motor that’s currently in it before turning up the wick with a new engine, or go straight for max power?

No the stock engine is worth more alive than dead. Plan to swap out the engines and then get it to the track for some 1/8th mile testing. First big race will be in January.
