I swapped to a PP manual engine harness. That incorporates 3wire oil pressure sensor and eliminates 6r80 wiring.
Oh gotcha ok. Ya I’m not swapping harnesses so I’ll probably tear it apart enough to cut off a few feet of it. First I’ll tear apart the loom to free the front o2 sensor that’s bundled in I guess.

The harness is like $180, and takes 10min to swap out FYI

Me being in Canada that’s probably $500 by the time it gets here. Lol

Oh man nevermind!
Ya man…. Say you put $80k into your car over the years, that means I put $160k.
It’s absolutely insane and by far the worst financial investment. But smiles per gallon right… Lol

Little update.

Pulled out my 6rStager, unhooked relay that was spliced into my pcm and reconnected everything back to stock.

Interior pulled apart, cut the tunnel to accept new shifter, pulled out the ebrake handle that I used as a chute release. (New idea happening here ;)

soooo much wiring left to do but waiting on a couple other things to come in before I can go to crazy.

- clutch switch
- park wires to shifter
- shifter Mac valve to paddle
- smooth stager
- cooler fan override switch
- temp gauge
- chute switch/mac valve
- dump valves
- reverse lights/backup cam
-Raptor shift light w/ output to micro switch

I’m sure I forgot some things but ya, lots of hours to go! I have the final product of what I want in my head and if I can make it a reality the finished product should be pretty bada$$!

*Wiring Update

So I decided to remove every bit of aftermarket wiring Ive added over the years with all the relays etc. As you can tell from the pics there’s a lot! Instead of relays ziptied all over the place, multiple splices and spaghetti of wires Iwant clean and simple.

So out with the old and in with the new, just ordered a Bussman 5 relay fuse box.

Besides the fuel system, every single aftermarket wire that needs power will run through there. My harness will start there, bundled in the harness will be all the signal wires from all the relays to accessories. Everywhere a wire needs to poke out of the harness to hook up to an item will be a labeled deutsch connector. Very time consuming but I think in the end this is the best option.

So here's another wiring update. Spent a lot of hours drawing everything out and designing what I wanted. I transferred all fuses and relays to this Bussman Fuse Block. Since I have wires coming over from all over I decided to work from the fuseblock back to the rest of car. Wired everything in, did a test of each circuit with the ignition on some issues that I'm working through.

I want everything planned, diagramed then wires & pins all marked. Something easily removable, tracked for future upgrades, changes etc. When you start modding a car as most of you know the more wiring and accessories you have its is a clusterf#ck trying to trace stuff. So for Fuse block I had 18 wires coming out and going with the easy removal/alterations I decided to go with a 12pin and a 8pin Deutsch connector. Pretty happy with the turn out so far!

For the wiring alone I still have a good 3 full days worth of work I figure to have it all installed and finalized then I could finish up on the interior. After that then I can get back on the lift and finish making the trans cooler lines and do the trans install and shifter linkage. I currently have the transmission mocked up with a couple bellhousing bolts and transmember so I could mock up the tbrake, oil temp sensor wires and finish building the cooler lines.

To Do

-Add reverse inputs to FB12 Deutsch Pin 7

*Fix -Add diode to Linelock / Test

*Fix -Boostleash Signals

-Install Shift Light

-Run coil wire to Shift Light

-mount mac valves and run co2 lines

-Install Steering Wheel Button

-Sinch up harness, mark, remove harness

- Re-do for proper fitment/Make permanent harness, loom

-Install Harness

-Install cooler fan switch

-Fab Mounts and install Chute Handle

*Also here's some pics where I massaged the tunnel.
