That also changes the stoich value of the fuel being burned throwing off fuel trims. Use something like MS103, sunoco 260gt or octane booster.

I've used that method on other platforms with good success, but my stock in tank fuel pump is already struggling to maintain pressure on e10 fuel, so e15 will be more taxing on the fuel system.Maybe try adding in 1 gallon of e85. That is way cheaper and more convenient than octanium.
Just adding 1 gallon of e85 would not change how your car is demanding or delivering fuel unless you tune it to do so. If you have a gas tune and not a flex tune then your AFR target will stay the same but now you will have slightly better octane and knock resistance. It's not that E85 is more viscous its that it requires more fuel to be at peak stoichiometry. Agreed that it wouldn't require a re-tune because the ecu will compensate via stft and ltft's to maintain targeted afr's, but in my case my fuel pump is already having a hard time keeping up at higher rpm's and I'm not wanting to lean on it too much until I can get a DW400 installed. I'm also dealing with lean codes that I haven't been able to chase down just yet. I haven't been able to take my car down long enough to work on it because my wife has been traveling with work these past couple of weeks.Normal gas is e10 with a stoich afr of 14.06. Mixing in 1 gallon of E85 only drops the afr to 13.8. You would not need a retune for this low of ethanol content. The only drawback is you arent maximizing power.

Hmm, hard to know whats fuel quality related and if theres something else going on since you're having that lean code. Fuel pressure on the low side drops as the rpm's climb, but not enough for the ecu to start closing the throttle to maintain the targeted afr. High pressure side is good as gold, however I do not know what PI/DI blend ratio my tuner uses. You'll need lu47 injectors and bapI've read all 68 pages and I'm tired of reading and wanting and ready to make the move to this supercharger. On my Bullitt, will the G2 and 120mm pulley and G3 intercooler work with stock injectors? I'm currently running a E85R Lund tune, but as I understand it they won't tune me for that without a return style fuel system, so I guess it will be a 93 tune. Can E85 flex tune be used? Anything else I need to be aware of prior to purchase?
I would turn advance trac off. I experimented with traction off, advance trac sport, and advance trac off. It all needs to be off. Plus part throttle knock is normal.Traction control off, advance-trac on. It's definitely knock related.
Attached image of datalog at part throttle, no torque source codes (no tire slip or throttle closures) and plenty of knock and almost no timing. Definitely a bad batch of 93 on this log.

It’s my understanding that Lund won’t tune flex on FI setups. Too many variables in the mixing. Like mentioned above, bigger injectors and a BAP.
