update e85 same 7.5 psi pulley. Spun a little on hit or it would have been faster.

Sounds tight and crisp throughout the RPM Band. Nice

Guys just a heads up for those that don’t have boost gauges. This morning it was 40 or degrees out and I hit 11 psi on the 7.5 pulley. Needless say I’ll be ordering 6.5 to keep the boost down in the cooler months.

Was about to ask you. Your car was doing incredibly well for 7.5 psi only. Some others have reported the same discrepancies.
ESS revised psi/pulley by 1/2 pound but its still off a bit. G3 seems to make more psi than the G2 unit but both seem to be making more than announced.
G2 with 125mm pulley is probably closer to 8 psi.

On the 60-130 run yesterday I seen about 9.5 psi but I got a tune revision for higher shift points and cooler weather seen a peak of 11 today. Needless to say it’s faster but I’d rather play it safe.

Agree, I asked my tuner to keep the A10 Ford Performance Cal. shifting strategy to play it safe as well. Think mine is shifting around 7200 and feels great on street.

Whenever I see a higher than rated boost number it is always at the very very end of the rpms. I don't have an analog boost guage, I use the cars built in one which is just a calculation so it could be wrong but I've found the rated psi numbers are pretty accurate below 7300 or 7200.

I would probably rate them at 7400 as that’s the stock shift points of an 10r80 18 + mustang. Helps with communication with tuner and end goals of customer.

Correct. Our rated PSI for each pulley is at 7-7200 max rpm. Anything higher than that will obviously make more boost.

Activated the digital boost gauge with Forscan and took a quick video at wot.
Here's a couple of screenshots for psi/rpm:

7400rpm = 8psi
7100rpm = 6.5-7psi
6900rpm = 6psi
5800rpm = 4psi

This is with the largest 125mm pulley

Digital boost gauge isn’t exactly accurate. It’s a computer measurement since the 5.0 don’t have a map sensor.

Isnt a Digital Pressure gauge more precise and accurate than an analog pressure gauge?.

I know, depends on the tune though. According to what I've read results are pretty alligned. If you saw 9.5-11psi with your gauge on 120mm makes sense I'm seeing 8psi on 125mm. Also Brevin clarified they measured it around 7k rpm which again is allignes with the digital reading I posted above.

This is not necessarily true, accuracy or precision; analog can be more and vice versa. In this case the boost that is displayed is an inferred value, calculated from some other measurements that are not boost or vacuum. So it depends on the tune. Mine is usually pretty close, but I have seen some variance in the measured boost.
