If you really want to go that fast your going to need more power and longer legs. Plain and simple. Its takes a exponential amount of power to fight the wind drag every mph or kmh. Your going to need more cooling for your whole drive line and areo parts that add downforce without a lot of drag. Like those gigantic spoilers people put on a trunk. Such as a front splitter and rear diffuser. Not that crap that looks the part. The stuff that is made for the job. Lowered and level car would be better. Lifting the back end of the car will throw off your aerodynamics as well as let the air get under your car easier. You want as little air under your car as you can get.
See if there is somewhere you can put your car in a wind tunnel to see how the air flows by the car. Thats going to be the biggest thing about stability.
