When I had my ecoboost..had the same problem..I took the bolt out the timing chain cover..cleaned it ..it was actually under pressure causing the oil to build up in that area ..I used locktight ..never had any more issues.

it is not caused by catch can. This is called engine oil sweat. It happens to many I4 engines. You can google it and many civic, camry, etc... have same oil sweat near timing cover area. As long as you don't see a significant drop in oil level or oil on ground, you shouldn't sweat.

Friend who worked ford looked at it, said it’s fine. Said it’s not leaking, sweating. He said Wipe it off and prob won’t come back til next year.

He said they see it a lot during season changes too. Said no concern don’t worry over it. He said if it starts actually getting worst then utilize warranty, but I have 27k more miles left on drive train he said

Wang looks good, but too much red CF for my taste. I tried to achieve more of a red "accent" look. Probably going to wrap the dash trim pieces in black CF to improve the contrast, but still deciding.

After many months of neglect I cleaned my PP1 wheels Wednesday. No store bought wheel cleaner would touch them, I found a miracle with Mr Clean Magic Erasers. With some fairly easy elbow grease and 1 1/2 hours they look like new. Put a coat of Turtle Wax Hybrid Ceramic on them with a second coat yesterday.

FYI, you can buy generic foam erasers on Amazon for pennies on the dollar. There’s nothing special about Mr Clean brand, they’re just a certain type of foam.. I got a block of about 100 erasers for a few bucks a couple years ago.
