1st Mods on 2020 GT500

I seriously debated this because Race Red of ALL colors is the least 'Clash'. So it works stock or tinted IMO. Consensus with friends and wife was all black panel looked better. Once you paint them its pretty much no going back. Hard to tell right now with no spoiler and just rear shot, But i think with 3/4 view and spoiler back on will look good. Would never look bad just debate if better than stock. I am pleasantly surprised how well the black matches the center panel...thats always a tricky one to match black shiny plastic.

Installed Euro style clear rear taillights, diode dynamics smoked LED side marker, tinted the lower red reflectors. Changed the entire look of back end.

Man, I like both of them..
Wondering how either would look on Iconic.. I wonder if anyone here has photoshop skills :cough: :cough:

Either would look better than Red OEM on Iconic. I think black would look more sinister and euro/clear would look a little more elegant. I would lean towards black personally. I do prefer the 2018+ style though, no matter what choice you go with.

yea, i dont know. the little bit of red thats on the car, the calipers ( wish black was an option), and taillights, i cant tell if its conflicting or just the right amount of a 3rd color.

I am going to do the SWlight headlight blackouts though

Yep, I have the same mats too. I went with the other CAI though.

The problem is lens distortion I believe, WP as the tray (I THINK) is inverted (even though it doesn't seem so.) I tried to correct it a bit.

Little more progress....not going to lie....torn on the mirrors....may be too much red....will leave them for now but may paint caps back black and leave rest red.....or maybe leave alone for a while

@protraxduner I don't think the mirrors look bad at all. The only thing I'm not sure about is the wing. But can't wait to see.
