Everything is done, my car is Lund tuned and corn fed! I'm very happy with the total experience. Great communication, fast response and my car runs like a banshee! Very clean and smooth tune. They are very careful and conservative, they sent me a mild tune just to get data logged before doing anything just to check the health of my car. Once that was cleared they sent my the Flex tune and the E85R tune. Once I flashed those both one at a time they stressed how important it was for me to data log so they could double check everything. Now this isn't some radical build this is a 2018 GT manual with just a couple bolt ons. Which I'm sure they deal with daily but treated me like mine was special.
this says a lot about a company.

I feel the same way, Dakota, Alex and just last week Brandon finished my N2MB tune. Each one made me feel like my car was the priority answering all my questions. I felt as if my latest tunes were not quite the same as my tune from last Nov. 2018. he asked me to do some logs. Come to find out i was running a bit rich. We knew the fuel was e65-E75 and when i was on a E70 tune it was great. He adjusted again, and made a few tweaks and now i have a tune for just about every scenario. Car runs great no more misfire codes or rich codes from the 2 step. I couldnt ask for anything more. Happy i went with them over a year ago

IMO, lund is the clear winner, more cars in the 8s than any other tuner, and they have done it with every power adder pretty much.

hard to argue with that. anyone can tune air / fuel, it's what seperates the men from the boys.

same thing with 2nd gear leave on the power adder cars, everyone else said how dumb it was, and all of a sudden they are offering 2nd gear leave tunes as well!!!! Follow the leader!!!!!

Let me know if we can help with a lund tune for you! or if you have any questions
i have a question might be kind of a dumb one but this will be my first car tuned and im trying to get an 18 mani on my 16 GT was wondering if i get lund or pbd 91 tune since im in california can i put regular gas? or will it be strictly 91 after tune?

91 only, no matter who you choose as a tuner.

Unless you specify a flex tune.

Yes, but make sure to tell your tuner that is what you want.

Many will assume you will only use 91.

Had both - I was so dissatisfied with PBD customer service, follow up times, and the way my car ran (revmatch would modulate/hang and when trying to work through it - rather than trying to fix it they disabled the feature...) that I gave up and switched over to LUND before the tune was even complete. LUND was the complete opposite - amazing customer service and follow up times. The car now runs as it should. LUND all the way boss.

And sometimes you pay for a name.

Lund has good tunes, so does PBD.

Unless you have major changes, duel turbos ect there is not much any tuner can do on a 3rd gen coyote

I've had both.

PBD response times and customer service was lacking IMO. This was last year when I first got my Mustang. I keep having issues with the active rev match feature on my 19 MT82 to the point that it made me not want to use the feature. The car also never idled perfectly even though I was running the stock airbox. Many revisions back and forth with Trevor and I just ended up living with it..... Until I got Lund Tuned that is.

The car IMO idles better, the car drives smoother and the active re-match works as good as stock. Lund IMO has their calibrations on point and their CS is top notch!

I gave in to the PBD hype last year and regretted. They also didn't have flex-tunes which was a bummer.

Last year you saw a lot of YouTubers on that PBD juice, this year lots of people have switched over or back to Lund.

I have had both. Both tunes were good and both had good customer service and response times. My car currently is on the PBD tune with roush blower now which I got a few month back and Rob shoemaker took care of the tune and responded very quickly. When I had my previous mustang I had a fbo setup with lund and was happy with it as well. Can’t go wrong with either.

The only thing PBD is good for is nutriding there big dogs & ignoring the bread & butter tunes of the average guy. There 2020 GT500 was the best.. fucking on and on and on about it finally runs 9's by changing a whole bunch of shit including pulleys and stroking there tune for it. Meanwhile Terry Reeves went 9's in his GT500 on stock pulleys with a Lund tune. Tells you something right there about who knows their shit and who don't.

Excuse the newbie question but why wouldn't a tuned car idle like stock?

Beats me. The car was stock with just their tune and e85. They blamed it on the ethanol content but I then proceeded to tell them that I paid for a custom tune so customize my tune for my ethanol content. The car also had nasty rev hang when using active rev match. I just gave up and lived with it until I purchased the Lund tune.
The car did feel good and strong at WOT and even made good numbers on the dyno. Just drove like ass.
