PBD or LUND?

i have a question might be kind of a dumb one but this will be my first car tuned and im trying to get an 18 mani on my 16 GT was wondering if i get lund or pbd 91 tune since im in california can i put regular gas? or will it be strictly 91 after tune?

Id avoid anything below 91 unless you have multiple tunes for lower octane. But you are in California and have access to high quality e85 so a flex tune would be great if you have to go between 91 pump and e85.
