Today's autos are usually rated higher in MPG than a stick.

My Bullitt did not have a gas guzzler tax.

Tony, I don't think you will have to order the 355 will you? It seems as though it should be standard as it is on a PP1 with the auto.

Hey guys,

So I managed to get some prices for the options on the Mach 1. Unfortunately, there’s no information yet on the handling package, but everything else for the most part has prices released

Base price: $51,720
700a: $1,595
Recaro leather sport seats: $1,595
10 speed automatic trans: $1,595
Mach 1 elite package (B&O sound system, security package, etc.) $1295
Red brake calipers: $495
Voice activated navigation: $595
Appearance package: $995
So, the red calipers aren't standard. 500$ for red calipers? Good grief...

I know it was mentioned earlier but I can’t seem to find the post about it, maybe it was in another thread. What is the nav option? Does the 700A not have nav and that option adds it? Or is that just a subscription for traffic alerts to the regular nav system?

The Nav option adds the built-in Nav, and a data subscription for traffic (5 years). But there's some confusion because that is included in the Ford Safe and Smart Package, which is included with all High Package cars. But it's an option on both 600A and 700A. No matter what though, you can still use your own nav apps thru Apple Car and Android Auto.

Honestly, I think the biggest issue here is just the fact that the Recaros aren’t the base seats. This is being touted as the “most track capable 5.0 Mustang ever”, there’s no reason the Recaros shouldn’t have been standard
You have to be able to fit into them without too much discomfort. Even I've put on a few too many lbs over the years to put up with a too-tight car seat on a daily basis.

Just a different (looser) converter and updated code most likely.
In the lighter-duty, lighter-GVW Mustang, I'd expect a tighter torque converter.

That is still relatively unclear. Bullitts had the same exact “upgrade” available in the electronics package (word for word, the same exact upgrade) but the base cars still came with navigation and the upgrade was ONLY for the subscription service. I wish Ford was more clear on it

Norm
True, but the standard seats should’ve been either a no-charge upgrade or part of another

Tony, as I understand it, the Torsen is standard on M1. Only the axle ratio changes between transmissions.
Thanks for that. I didn't look closely enough at the order guide to see the Torsen 3.55 was specified. I likely confused it because of the optional 3.55 gear from previous years. Knock $795 off my previous totals :)

That is correct - should not need to be ordered. Someone pointed out the 3.55 Torsen is standard for the Mach 1's auto. It definitely says that in the order guide.

My no option 2019 Bullitt has no navigation.
