2016 Hood flutter. Annoying.... Remedies?

The hood on my 16'GT wiggles/flutters,lifts, bounces. Whatever you want to call it. It's annoying AF. I know it doesn't flutter much, but I notice everything about my cars, AND I CAN SEE IT..... Any speed above around 35-40mph, it's lifting and dropping only maybe 1/8"-1/4" but oh so noticeable. Factory hood, 19K miles, hood liner still in place etc.

There are several steps that can solve this:
1. Adjust the rubber bumpers under the hood near the front. Just twist to adjust up/ down until the hood contacts the stops when closed. Solves it 90% of the time.
2. Get automatic hood struts. Solves it 99% of the time.
3. Hood pins. 1 and 2 haven't fully fixed it for me so this is my next step.

Look up hood shake on here and you'll find a few threads about it. There's stops in the radiator cover area that you can adjust to help it, don't recall the exact location for them so hopefully someone can chime in on that part.

What I am seeing is more of a pressure lift near the cowl end of the hood. The front is latched down perfect with zero vertical slop.

Is it the rear hood hinges that are sloppy? Or is the hood that flimsy? I have adjusted MANY Mustang hoods with the front bump stops, and this has nothing to do with them.

I have the 1&2 and can confirm no more flutter, especially after 1(adjusted hood stops)

The hood is aluminum, so even if the middle is secure there could be enough gap on the sides that air pressure can cause the sides to flutter. You are seeing what I and many others have noticed.
