If this has already been discussed, please point me to the thread! I am curious about both Base and CFTP wheel specs. Thank you!

Bump - has anyone pulled their new GT500 wheels off and seen what offset is stamped inside?

Oh wow thank you V00D00!

I did not realize that the non-CFTP 500s had 11" rear wheels instead of 11.5.

Jmeo - thank you for doing that - but Epiphany is right - your picture shows 32mm.

Interesting that the GT500 front wheels sit further inboard than the GT350R (11" wide, ET24). I assumed the much larger brakes on the 500 would not allow for that.

So the front offset is 32mm and the rear is 50mm??? I just assumed that since they were both 20x11, they
would be "square" with the same offset.

And....... since they are not square, go ahead and go to 11.5" in the rear. It's not like you are going to be rotating them. smie.

Look closer. It's 32mm.

Yup, that was my fat fingered typing at its best, lol. That why I took the picture, I wanted you all to see the # for yourself and not trust my fingers from jamming out the wrong number. I have corrected my post.

Since the rear 11" ET50 sits the outboard side of the wheel at the same exact position as the 350R's 11.5" ET56 wheel, now I am curious as to why the GT500 wheels sit flush but the 350Rs poke. Does the 500 run a lot of negative camber in the back?

Correct me if I am wrong, but the offset simply is there to pull or push a wheel in or out from its baseline. So, even though it is 32mm on this car, it does not necessarily mean it's not out as far as the GT350, or regular GT Mustangs, It just means its 32mm out from its baseline on this car. Point being, the centerline of the wheels are actually further apart than the GT350, it just takes a smaller offset due to the redesigned front spindle assembly being further out from the start.

Knuckle and hub don't look to have deviated much, if at all, from the GT350 in terms of hub face dimensions from the car's centerline or from each other. I have the hubs/knuckles for both the GT350 and the new GT500 and have taken a close look at each.
