Did your mom give you that spanking and send you to bed early for misquoting me last night?Imagine still debating impeachment when he's already been impeached, lmao. Facts still angering die-hard Trump supports more news at 11.
Are you still upset you can't read nor comprehend cited, factual, common knowledge articles?Did your mom give you that spanking and send you to bed early for misquoting me last night?

Yeah, Trump has been impeached regardless of anyone who thinks otherwise. It's pretty ridiculous that some think it can just be ignored or dropped and if that it would somehow be magically erased from history. That's not going to happen.Imagine still debating impeachment when he's already been impeached, lmao. Facts still angering die-hard Trump supports more news at 11.
Nope ... plenty of info (which I've posted more than once) that shows that impeachment can be charged for wrong doings that have no tie whatsoever to defined federal or civil crimes. The Constitution also says that after the impeachment trial, if those charges did include federal/civil crimes than the US courts could also try the person being impeached on this charges. So once again, Constitutional Law does not parallel federal/civil law. Don't know why people can't grasp that fact. The house notes on impeachment state as I cut and copied for you that the breaking of a federal law is implied, the constitution says simply" Treason, bribery or other high rimes and misdemeanors". Is obstructing congress a high crime or treason? Is abuse of power a high crime or bribery? The actual impeachment articles are in themselves very shaky, that's why 3 dems didn't even vote for them.
But there are opinions counter to this one, I for one don't think he is impeached already. We can see what Nervous Nancy does, she may just sit on them and never send them to the senate just so they have at least one negative thing they can say about Trump. Didn't work out so well for the Repubs when they tried that with Billy Clinton, but hey, times have changed.Yeah, Trump has been impeached regardless of anyone who thinks otherwise. The Impeachment Process in a Nutshell
The House Judiciary Committee deliberates over whether to initiate an impeachment inquiry.
The Judiciary Committee adopts a resolution seeking authority from the entire House of Representatives to conduct an inquiry. Before voting, the House debates and considers the resolution. Approval requires a majority vote.
The Judiciary Committee conducts an impeachment inquiry, possibly through public hearings. At the conclusion of the inquiry, articles of impeachment are prepared. They must be approved by a majority of the Committee.
The House of Representatives considers and debates the articles of impeachment. A majority vote of the entire House is required to pass each article. Once an article is approved, the President is, technically speaking, "impeached" -- that is subject to trial in the Senate.
The Senate holds trial on the articles of impeachment approved by the House. The Senate sits as a jury while the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presides over the trial.
At the conclusion of the trial, the Senate votes on whether to remove the President from office. A two-thirds vote by the Members present in the Senate is required for removal.
If the President is removed, the Vice-President assumes the Presidency under the chain of succession established by Amendment XXV.

Again, you are reaching out into the realm of opinions with no court decided precedent so your guess is as good as mine, but because I am a positive thinker that is of the opinion that everyone deserved presumption of innocence, I am going to go with my learned scholarly opinion and say this is all horse puckey.Nope ... plenty of info (which I've posted more than once) that shows that impeachment can be charged for wrong doings that have no tie whatsoever to defined federal or civil crimes. You can think anything you want, regardless of what any source of the law says. That's the problem with society these days ... they don't believe even experts on the subject matter anymore and just believe what they want to believe. But there are opinions counter to this one, I for one don't think he is impeached already.
I even checked the Clinton News network and the Communist manifesto MSNBC and no word that the articles have been sent to the senate. They will probably just have to re vote on them after the break since this term of Con- gress is over. When I am placed on the Supreme Court for life, this will be my first written opinion.Do you ever watch the news on what's going on? Or you only tuned into Faux News all the time like bj?
It's right in the Constitution ... do these sound like defined Federal or Civil crimes? It's not a guess ... it's right in the Constitution. What more proof do you need. Take off the Trump glasses, lol.Again, you are reaching out into the realm of opinions with no court decided precedent so your guess is as good as mine, but because I am a positive thinker that is of the opinion that everyone deserved presumption of innocence, I am going to go with my learned scholarly opinion and say this is all horse puckey.
OK ... in the mean time you might want to read Trump's Twitter feed to keep your thought pattern on par with his.I even checked the Clinton News network and the Communist manifesto MSNBC and no word that the articles have been sent to the senate.
