Do 18+ 5.0s have a purge valve?

I know the purge valve located directly behind the throttle body on 15-17s is not present on the 18-20s but is the purge valve present somewhere else in the EVAP and intake plumbing?

Yes it is , I used a 18 purge valve when I installed a18 manifold on my 15

Sorry for the necro, but did you have to splice the connector in or is that just an adapter for the existing valve harness?

You have to splice . It is a simple circuit though.
