Sc2s will def wear out quicker than other tires such as the p4s. I’ve only heard and seen a good 2-5k range on the sc2 if you DD them.

I have nearly 5,000 street driven miles on the sc2s and still going strong. I expect 10-15k miles. Running 34psi consistently.
Twisty roads around me are curves with 15-25 mph advisory speed, 45 mph speed limit.

I'm starting to wonder if its less transmission and more about the choice of clutch Ford used. I've never seen a clutch with such a long quirky engagement. My fox body clutch was far superior.

I just don't see all the complaints with the MT82-D4 and twin disc clutch. The catch point is a little high in the travel, but it's predictable. I thought the Tremec with JHP short throw and LS7 clutch in my GTO was pretty good, but the stock MT82-D4 and twin disc isn't all that bad.

For me its more about smooth engagement vs where it engages. I'm probably just used to a much shorter pedal travel and thus I rarely get a nice quiet engagement into 1st gear. Its not horrible, but could be improved.

Has anyone found a suitable touch up paint for our awesome wheels? I've got a little rash I need to fix, but haven't done it yet due to the color. Asked this before but maybe someone else has done it by now.

Just got Stainless Works 1 7/8 long tubes and high flow cats on the car, that plus a Corsa Sport exhaust. Ummm lest just say its a little rowdy.

Post a video. I want some to go with my Magnaflow competition catbacks but probably won't go FI so it's hard to justify.

So this thread needs a bumping due to a new PP2 “discovery”.

In the other sub-forum on here, member Bluezeke purchased a 2019 PP2. He posted questions regarding the use of Rokblokz at the rear of his PP2, because of a part that is attached to his rear wheel well.

How many other PP2 owners have this extra part at the rear (see pics in below thread)?

My thoughts are this has to be a late production change in 2019, because it didn’t exist on 2018’s and not in early 2019’s either.

Definitely not on my 2018. But, from the looks of the cut and fitment of the liner, maybe it should have been.

Perhaps an attempt to fix the "bumper" alignment issues. I know mine are AWFUL in that section. Perhaps that ties them together and prevents the "bowing" I've had.

Are late offering GT or PP1's showing this piece or just PP2's?

My 2019 does not have it although I could certainly use it.

I have one in the driver side, but missing on the passenger side. It was hit and miss on the early PP2. IIRC, this part is on the 350 also and @Infidex identified the part #s in the PP2 real life pictures thread.

The part only applies to the GT PP2 and appears to be a later added revision than earlier GT PP2’s

If you’re missing the part from the other side, definitely inform your selling dealer.

The GT350 part at the same location is entirely different. It’s much larger and encompasses almost 3/4 of the rearward wheel arch. It is longer and wider; starts almost where the PP2 part is seen, but extends all the way down to meet the end of the lower black valance coming off the rear bumper cover.
