Oh, that's what you are after..... You bought a CFTP. They have soft R compound tires. Production will stop on these vehicles around November and start back up in the spring (around march). When your car gets pulled for build depends on the dealership, the inventory manager for the dealership, and the regional Ford rep. These factors are moot because at this point, you have zero control over the process. It will be what it will be. If you have an allocation from a large power dealership and you are number one on the list, then your car will be built in some degree of timeliness. As pointed out, VIP allocations and friends of friends will have theirs built first. If you are some joe blow who has nothing working for him at a small dealership that by some miracle got a CFTP allocation, you will probably not see yours until next year.

On the other hand, you could get lucky. It really depends on so many variables.

So, a base and non painted stripes has a higher probability of 2019 build+delivery?

Chances are even better if u can bribe the regional guy or have a significant argument for him to place higher priority ?

Oh, and for taxes Delaware is 3.5% i believe out the door, tax title tgs etc, im at 2800 for my build

Base in Canada is $94,675 - track package is another 25k.

Going to roll in next week and try a build. Was told over the phone today that the ADM they want to charge me is 30k.

Immediate response - that is going to put me in the 160-180 range - that is a brand new 2018 AMG GTR (few floating in Canada right now that never sold around that price).

Dealer Response - We will get back to you on price when you come in.

Thinkin' the dealership doesn't want to lose my long term repeat business over the ADM. They haven't charged me one yet - hoping they don't need to start now.

Got mine on order today. I paid 5K ADM been my dream car for awhile so worth it to me. Smaller dealer no golden ticket but probably would have not done that anyways.

Thanks I have ruby red F150 and Red Hot Chili Pepper Ranger so will look good in garage. I’m letting go of a deep impact blue supercharged GT vert. It started to stick out in the garage.....lol.

For us, there is no difference. The orders get pulled for build by your local Ford rep.

Just watched Stangmodes GT500 order on youtube. Pretty good video and he seems like a cool guy, hes the order behind me but maybe him and I can do a pick up at the same time from the dealer.

For example, The GT350 Track Tour in 2015 invited previous 12/13 Boss owners and/or track attack attendees and 13/14 GT500 owners. It's clear they have a list or a database of those core enthusiasts...

So much this. There are a core group of Mustang enthusiasts that get the shaft. Guys like Nick in KC and others in the Mustang community try and do actually help, but Ford should officially get on board helping long time Mustang and Ford enthusiasts get cars.

Doesn't seem like a good way to treat long time customers, but I guess they know I'm into Mustangs enough to just keep screwing me over.
