This is disgusting, I wrote up a review as a friend of soodsuhail88, and Banged them heavelly in the review.
All 1's, I'd give them 0's if I could.

Wonder if Ford Corporate would care to hear how a dealership representing them is operating?

Part of the problem is the management at that dealership hasn't made it clear that if any employee is caught abusing a customers car they will be instantly fired and also held responsible for any damages.

I wonder what service level or tier the tech was. He sounds like a hoodlum on the video but that might just be my age difference kicking in. Nevertheless, hope he learned a lesson.

they paid you in check instead of a credit card refund because once you sign the back it can be interpreted ads you accepting it as full compensation. just like when you sign an insurance draft

Or they came to an undisclosed agreement and one stipulation was to remove the video...
Would not surprise me if the lawyers got involved.... Would be the smart thing to do, CYA and come to a resolution.

Probably but dealers and large companies tend to drag their feet while "taking care of business". I might have been tempted to tell them it stays up until I have a check in my hand for about 20K.....To cover any damages to the vehicle and for the pain and suffer of having to watch morons like that defile my car.

thats sucks so much.

that place is super gueto op, why you´d take your car to a place like that? I´m not surprise something like that happened. Honestly.

I think you should go back there, and "speak" with the guy that took your car for a drive.

If you are not familiar with JC you shouldn't pass judgement and call it ghetto. You are after all insulting the OP who lives in JC and many other hard working immigrant people. I lived in JC near the waterfront and the people, places, and food are incredible.

Like many cities JC has problem areas but there are many hard working families that live in those houses and don't deserve to be called ghetto. I am more familiar with the opposite side of JC near the Hudson across from Manhattan, but some of those "Ghetto" houses are probably worth 300k-500k+ each.

If you ever go to NYC I highly recommend going to Hoboken and JC, especially at night.

What happened to the a-hole(s) that did this? Are they still working there? I'd hope not.

Sorry to hear man. I'd be mad too but overall being calm and not resorting to posting videos online is the best way to keep yourself out of legal trouble.

If it were my car I'd ask to speak to the manager, show them the videos, and discuss a plan for them to buy my vehicle for a price that works for me. Then I'd take the cash and buy from another dealer.

As for the tires, brakes, and other parts you wanted them replaced, I'd only be concerned with the clutch as it can easily be damaged by an idiot.

Sounds good although it sounds like it could be tough to prove unless you have recent inspection records, but the videos may help with any doubt. I'm just saying I'd unload it on them if they refused to help and I'd ask for clean private party pricing.

Exact same reason...took mine in for the infamous evap core defect and now my dash rattles...I have been a nurse for 23 years and before that a ASE certified mechanic...I would wonder how they would like it if during surgery I left a sponge in their ass...they would change their name to SUE SUE SUE...so in any event get a appointment with the owner and manager of the dealership and promise not threaten legal arbitration and immediate firing of these bozos who abused your car...and the only thing you will except is monetary compensation not these piddly diddly free shit they are offering you to hush you up...Sorry this happened to you bud but I live in fear of having to take mine back to the dealer...good luck dude!

Look on your Dealer invoice, it will have Tech name/ID.... Where they really fired, or is Dealership just bluffing for the news?

Why isn’t the Owner willing to meet?
