Thats not a cut harness it's the fun plug. If you disconnect it, it removes all the nannies for traction control and advance trac control and is the plug they disconnect to perform dyno pulls since it keeps the computers from trying to lock up the rear wheels and putting in limp mode when they don't see any front wheel rotation occurring during the dyno pull.
