With the current anti-police nonsense going on, your life will be over anyways if the person you shoot is a certain race. Better think twice, otherwise Benjamin Crump and Al Sharpton will be there directing angry mobs at you.
From what I gather, it should hold 600 rwhp reliably. Calimer transmissions has three stages, the third has a G-force gearset and is rated at 1,000 horsepower. When I add boost, I'm going with a built stage 3 since I'll have to upgrade the clutch and driveshaft anyways.
Sounds like the criminals have more rights than the vehicle owner. Still, using a gun to commit and felony should be minimum of 20 years in prison. Wouldn't surprise me if these good boys are back on the streets in no time.
I have a 2013 Mustang 5.0 and the country of origin for the transmission is China. On the picture I just posted, it says the US. This is just a regular 2021 Mustang GT Premium.
I would buy a manual every time in a Mustang. I don't care the automatic quicker. Nothing wrong with the 6R80 and 10R80. I'm just doing my part to keep the manuals alive.
I was out for a drive today and saw a new 2021 Mustang 5.0 manual at my local dealer.
The label with assembly location (Flat Rock) also has parts sourcing information and it said the transmission was made in the US. I didn't take a picture and the window sticker also confirmed it was the...
There's a difference between driving it hard and having a good time and beating the snot out of it. I honestly hope every person that abuses a rental car gets a bill for the damages and/or replacement parts (tires).
Another Northern Illinois Mustang guy, congrats on the new car. I bought my S197 5.0 track pack 5 1/2 years ago with 3,700 miles at Rock River Ford and was averaging around 17 mpg on a tank until about 6,000 when it went up to 20 mpg average. My lifetime mpgs is 19.5 mpg over 20,000 miles and...
Ford would be crazy not to use this new 7.3 in a Mustang special edition obviously with aluminum block and heads with a few other hp goodies (cam) when going from truck duty. Come on Ford just do it!
I found turbo lag in the Mustang EB annoying at first but after getting used to it was not an issue. It even had a digital boost gauge you can select in one of the menus and I saw and felt plenty of boost all over. It really starts pulling hard by 2k rpms.
The 3.7 is the best V6 ever put in a Mustang but I agree the extra torque in the Ecoboost makes me ask why as well. I had a blast with the Ecoboost Mustang I drove and very good fuel economy. The rental office said they only use regular fuel and advise use of it. I'd like to see what that thing...
