Once again, why are you taking your car to a dealer for non warranty claims? Question I will always ask.

You would have been better off researching a local shop to do an alignment.

Notwithstanding the abuse to the car. The driving is reckless and dangerous. Could quite tell, but it looked like they hit 60 mph on the side street!

Actually at one point the driver reaches 79mph with 2 others in the car... my concern was the it was MLK & children are home & could have gone in a very ugly direction...

can't do this in my hellcat it has a valet mode and starts off in second gear not to mention its pathetically slow like a prius with no battery assist slow

Good thing they didn't hit anything! Dealers should be trustworthy but it seems to be the opposite.

Stevens Ford Jersey also has 2 other dealerships in NY, one is Stevens 112 in Patchogue, the other is Smithtown Ford, both on Long Island, Avoid at all costs...

In my dealer-disappointment experience, the General Manager perked right up when I suggested he had let his staff ger out of control. Seems as if control is pretty high on managers' list of priorities.
