Great testing. I would still use 16oz with 3.65 pulley. Just to be safe in case I get a bad tank. Maybe do 8oz if I ever run a 3.75 Tho.

If you happen to have a 3.75" pulley collecting dust after your testing and you are willing to part with it, I'd be interested.

Thanks in advance,

Rob

I received the 3.5” pulley but I’m having a cal issue that I think needs to be worked out before I push it any further.

Palm Beach Dyno was able to pull off a 3.5'' pulley on straight 93, very impressive numbers. You have to think that 1 bad tank of gas could be catastrophic though.

That's a gen3. A bad tank will take it out with a 3.75 pulley. IMO if you run boost on 93 like I do or 91 you should use some boostane for a little insurance.

I noticed the numbers were STD which tend to be higher than SAE.
Still impressive though . My 18 made 850 whp SAE through the 10 speed on race gas/3.5 pulley . Obviously not apples to apples since higher compression motor, gen 5 and better flowing heads .
I don’t think I would be brave enough to run a 3.5 pulley with 93 on an 18.

Rob tuned my Whipple Gen 3 on 94, 3.6 pulley and longtubes and I made 802whp STD correction. Running the 3.5 on 93 is a super risky move.

May I ask what sort of peak timing you’re seeing?
