I went in my ups account last night and changed the delivery instructions to leave on the porch. But when ups guy came I was in the garage and just signed for it. I even showed him the damage and he said called them and send it back.

Looks like nothing changed from when Epiphany received his only yours is way worse! Sucks for sure!

Just called CJ Pony and they are having ups pick it up tomorrow and sending me a new one directly from qa1.

Excellent customer service from CJ as always.

The last picture with one piece of tape is exactly how I got it. Looks like it was dropped out from the box and put back in.

Yeah, that's pretty rough. Are you expecting anything different if they direct ship from QA1? Maybe they have a deluxe packaging option that is commiserate with the item shipped..

I can't imagine shipping something that they know is so fragile and expensive but they don't use $5 worth of foam to help it survive.

My box held up better, but was still pretty beat up when it arrived. At least my driveshaft and hardware were all undamaged. Thankfully it sounds like you will be getting a new one soon

WOW I hope mine fares better. It’s going on 3 weeks since I ordered from CJPP. It ships directly from QA1 as you mention but I don’t know wtf is taking so long. How long did it take for yours to arrive?

3 weeks? I ordered mine last Friday and got it today. It came from CJ Nevada to California.
