Ordered a bunch of parts! First round of mods since I bought the car, got my parts coming from Steeda since they had a good sale going over the weekend:

- Min drop springs to go on the Ford Performance Track shocks/struts I picked up last month
- Subframe alignment kit and bushing supports
- Differential bushing support system
- Billet rear shock mounts

Going to be getting the BMR hollow sway bars and end links soon as well I hope. Going to be real nice to get this thing riding good and stop the bounciness.

Oil Separator

Checked the Oil Separator for the first time at 1500 miles. Only 10cc that is 1/3 of an ounce. Engine is pretty tight. Good Stuff.

Ford Performance parts and assessment

So, yesterday and today I put some parts on the 2015 Guard Green:

Ford Performance Anti-Sway Bars
Ford Performance Borla Touring mufflers
rear wheel spacers

So, these are the mods I did. Here is my feedback on installation and experience driving the car afterwards.

Wheel spacers on the rear wheels. Make the car look like it has really wide tires, doesn't seem to effect handling that I can assess. Quick to install. Cheap. Worth it.

Ford Performance bars. Front drivers side rearward bolt on the front anti-sway bar is a slow process to remove and install. I was able to remove and install on jack stands. with not much problem. Rear bar very easy removal and installation, expecially with the mufflers removed.

There is an increase in road noise transmitted to the cabin on rougher roads, but not much. Much less body roll. Shocks, struts and springs are still needed to make the car handle for track use in my opinon. Still, reduced roll, firmed up the ride without being annoying. These bars have rubber bushings like the stock bars, so you don't get the usual poly super grease issues which will need greasing and collect dirt like a magnet. Cost for both bars shipped from Levittown Ford: $385 shipped. Worth it.

Mufflers. Hardly any increase in idle sound. Just a bit of deeper sound. When accelerating, the sound with windows open is really nice. Deep, but no cabin drone at all. Look a bit like the stock Bullitt axle backs on the 2009 Bullitt I owned. I love the tough look along with the rear wheel spacers. Still, expensive at $720 shipped. Maybe worth it. Not sure.

I revved on a 911 Carrera as I passed him just because I could, and then revved several times for a Camaro behind me in traffic who flashed his lights at me. Got a thumbs up from him and his wife.
