I've had nothing but awesome service/turn around/communication with those folks.
Jon II obviously reads the emails and is very easy to collaborate with. I know he has to be stupid busy, especially this time of year, so the service is definitely commendable.
If I had to wait a week for a revision, yeah- I'd be antsy, but absolutely fine with it. Experience has shown the results are worth any wait.

Copy, paste, add SN, and send. regular tunes shouldnt take more then 5 mins and yet they are telling me 10 days.

When I ordered my Bama tune, I got it in 10 minutes. Now of course that has nothing to do with the quality of the tune, which is what we care about the most. I don't care that much I'm happy to wait it out. Never had a problem with the Bama V2 tunes but I am excited to see what the Lund tune is like, especially considering all the discussion about Lund on this forum.
When I heard about the flex fuel tune I was intrigued. I've been contemplating it for a few months now.

Thought I'd update this thread. July 2017 and its taking 10 days for my first cai tune.

Took me about 5 days this July. Still not sure it's right. On warm or hot start, it sometimes stalls or acts like it's going to. They don't seem to think it's really an issue after a data log.

My base tune took 11 days to get sent to me. Got the datalogging done within a week, and the car is running smooth and strong. HAULS ASS. Well worth the wait.
