What's the usual turn around time on Lund tunes? Is it actually 10 business days? I ordered a tune on Saturday direct from their website. No confirmation email, no order status. I did login and I see that they accepted my order and payment.

Just curious why it takes so long, especially since I have no mods exhaust JLT and catback exhaust.

Jon II is busy as hell. He posted something on FB the other day saying they were undergoing some infrastructure changes. Also, some of his people are on vacation. That said, it has usually been MUCH faster than 10 days for me(many many revisions over the years).

Thanks. Not angry at all, just was curious. I saw the turnaround time on the website before I ordered so I was expecting that.

It just got me thinking- he's probably got that JLT tune locked down. Probably be pretty easy to just send it over. But as you said I'm sure he's real busy. Very popular tuner and high demand I guess.

Yea, no worries. Jon is a good guy and has always done me right. I know it sucks to wait 10 days when you're antsy to try out some new shit...but...it is what it is :).

It's worth the wait. When I had my Lund Flex tune it was night and day difference over the 93.

About 5 days for me with Lund. :)

Dakota did my tune and it is very strong, I am now on my second revision. What I like about Lund is that your in direct conversation with the person who wrote your tune, not some sales guy passing messages on.

Dakota has being great, very open as to why he has made revisions and reasons for doing so and upon sending in datalogs he has a revised tune within hours.

The customer service is exceptional.

My first revision he added more timing to make it punch harder, I could easily feel it.
The second revision he said car was demanding 3% more fuel at WOT so he made slight adjustment which would increase power and improve safety. This is revision I am on now feels good. Shall send him more datalogs tomorrow.

He also adviced that for dyno runs or 1/4 mile runs half-full bottle of Torco unleaded accelerator can be useful as it will allow the ECU to add a bit more timing even on regular 93 tune.

pretty sure it is only that 10 (or whatever) days to get the initial tune. Revisions come more quickly. At least they did for me.

My initial tune I waited for about 4 days (including a Sat/Sun). After that all revisions and the new FF tune request was within a day or two. Ive received nothing but awesome customer service from Lund!

I am in the process of getting my Procharger tuned in. The initial wait was about eight days but after that I have gotten a response the same day I sent them logs. Matt is on it! Great customer service so far. Hopefully tomorrow we get to crack the boost open.

I guess I got pretty lucky when I ordered my tune with Lund a little more than a month ago or so, had my tune withing hours. Must've been before they got as busy as they are now. Jon and Dakota were super to work with.

Currently lund is having us quote up to ten days, they are in the prices of moving facilities

Once you get your base file on the remote tunes, it will not take up to ten days for each revision. Once your remote tuning, it moves pretty fast. If we can help with a lund tune, don't hesitate to hit us up
