    I'm going the other way too. I boil the tires in first and smoke them in second with a ProCharger on 3.73. It will be worse with yours.

    I'm bailing and going with an MGW. I told the wife it is a safety issue. Of course that's what I told her about the ProCharger too. She just rolls her eyes.

    Mine hung up a couple of times like yours. I had to jerk it out of first to get it to disengage in a parking lot or two.

    That is the magic! Works now. I guess it is migrating because the shift knob hadn't been spinning. I have a permanent fix on the way (MGW ordered). Thanks for your help. I should have tried that first.

  17. Any of you guys with louder exhaust systems get flagged for sound?

    If you have bolt on exhaust tips you could pick up a set of cheap turn down tips and point them away from the sound control station. Not pretty but it will knock the readings down some.

    Not me, I was in the NEdiv when I was running those. Gotta love being able to see the front tires when you are shaving inches. Mid 60's Bobsy Vee with the 1200 cc engine followed by a mid 70's Elden FF. Loved the Ford. The problem was my 6' 4" body couldn't fit very well in either of them...

    Thanks for the input. The blower is for more grins on a daily basis. Autocrossing is not my main racing activity. The bigger budget item is the FP BMW 2002. I'm sure you can appreciate that with your Sports Renault. BTW I glad we don't run with you guys anymore. You guys being slower...
