Why do you find it necessary to argue with someone that doesn't agree with your like of vehicle? Like I said many times before. If you want Camaro support they do have a Camaro forum.

I think its boring too. However i find 640hp slow. So that has a part in it. The other part making it boring is it being auto for a track car. I couldnt careless if ford 100% was or wasn't the maker of the trans. Auto just isnt fun in comparison. This type of auto makes me feel like im driving my wifes car

I think a test between the GT350 (unchanged since 2015) and new ZL1 makes the Camaro look bad win, lose or draw.

Chevy scrapped the any plans for an NA z28 and went Supercharged as soon as they caught wind of the 350. In this day and age, the Mustang offers a one of a kind experience and could very well be a collectors car.

The fact that Chevy needs to come with 150 more HP without using the proper equipment is not something to be proud of... and the MSRP is getting out of hand, thank good nobody really wants the ZL1 bad enough to warrant markup.

All in all, the GT350R has faaaaaaar better equipment and it saves shifts with the FPC. The ZL1 is under-tired, braked and is still 4000lbs w/ a 1.7 liter SC and probably an automatic.

Until Chevy can answer the GT350, don't expect Ford to rush out and make improvements. The only improvement needed was a trans cooler being standard.

While I would say it depends on the track, the ZL1 should post a better lap time. It has a serious power advantage.

The only way I see the GT350R winning this head to head is if they say it "feels better" Stuff like turn in, grip, driver confidence etc. But as far as lap times go, the ZL1 should take that.
