  1. Who will swap for the new 7.3 V8!

This thread is like the Walking Dead, it just won't die! I don't think anyone ever said the 7.3 didn't have potential. the reason it ballooned to 250 pages is the OP wanted it as is delivered in a F-250 in a Mustang which most people agreed was dumb. It is impressive to see what ford...
  2. S650 Mustang to use unique platform with elements from CD6

I don't see the 6.8 going into the Mustang or F-150. The 7.3 was designed as an alternative for a diesel in the Super Duty. This rumored 6.8 is a variant based off of the 7.3 Now I know Ford could easily make some minor changes and have it suit the needs of the F-150 or Mustang but that is...
  3. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

Just wanted to say I called this one pretty damn close lol https://www.autoblog.com/2020/10/21/2021-ford-mustang-mach-1-handling-package-price-automatic/
  4. Mustang Q2 2020 sales numbers (incl. Camaro & Challenger)

This ^ there is way more of the average joe type buyers that buy these cars than people on forums dedicated to them think. I think most people on the forums forget that they bulk of the sales come from the lower trims, so things like useability, looks, all that stuff is more important than...
  5. Favorite ENGINE You’ve Owned?

I haven't owned many but for sure the 2V 4.6 in my 04 GT. 100% agree with the OP it wasn't much for power but man oh man did it sound amazing. My 04 GT had an MRT Catted H pipe and Borla Stingers it was a fierce sounding set up. So my list would have to go 1. 4.6 2V 2. probably the 2.5T in...
  6. Meet the 2021 Ford F-150: Big Screens and Hybrid Propulsion Join the Lineup

I think they did a very good job with it. I think the styling is a huge improvement over the current truck( And I think the current truck is very good looking). I know everything is getting expensive, but holy hell is this going to be an expensive truck when all the options are ticked
  7. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

There is nothing wrong with a parts bin car, especially if you are pulling the parts from the right bins. A lot of mustang guys like to bash the camaro for being a parts bin car....they pulled parts from some really good bins if you ask me.
  8. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

Haha I don't mean to seem like I am so hung up on your guess just that price for the handling pack shocked me is all. So I will throw my guess out there Using a mix of PP2 and Bullitt prices I am going to say adding in the coolers and the tremec will put a starting price of the manual at 53...
  9. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

That is a good point as well. My point still remains that you arent getting as much in the handling pack as you do in the PP so they shouldn't cost anywhere near that since the base Mach has a majority of that stuff in it already
  10. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

Very true, which is why I said you are getting more in the Mach 1 handling package then in the shelby packs. But my point is the Mach 1 handling package gets you different wheels and tires and some aero bits. that is all. That to me should be maybe a 1500-2500 option. 4 to 6k for those would...
  11. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

That is also true. Just from reading the press release the contents of handling packaging to me don't seem worth your estimated price. I would guess 1500-3k tops. It's essentially different wheels/tires and some aero bits. the Handling pack for the 350 is only $850 and its 1500 on the GT500...
  12. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

Yeah but you can't compare retail prices to prices of trying to figure in parts on a car from the factory. Example the rumor that the CF wheels on the 350R are like 18K each or whatever crazy number was floated around Or like on my wife's Explorer the chrome 20" wheels were like a 995 option...
  13. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

Yeah I guess I just look at the handling pack on the 350 and 500 are only 85- adn 1500 respectively. Granted the Mach 1 comes with upgraded wheels and tires the thought of a handling pack costing that much seems insane.
  14. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

You really think the Handling pack is going to be that expensive? "Handling Package vehicles come standard with unique, wider 19-inch x 10.5-inch front, and 19-inch x 11-inch rear Tarnished Dark-painted aluminum wheels. The Handling Package – exclusively available with the Tremec™ 3160 6-speed...
  15. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

That is something I did not account for. I totally forgot the Bullitt had almost all the premium interior options standard
  16. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

haha Not trying to be a downer, just being a realist lol. I wanted a Mach 1 so bad back in 04 but it wasn't in the cards. Looks like the same story for me this go around as well ha If it is anything like the Bullitt looks like good discounts will come to those who wait. A few local dealers to...
