I've seen the other threads, and I've tried the things that have worked for them but I'm at wits end.

Suspension setup is as follows...
BMR CB005 CRADLE LOCKOUT
BMR DELRIN/SPHERICAL VERTICAL LINKS
BMR DRAG SPRINGS
BMR MOTOR MOUNTS
VIKING SHOCKS

The noise was present with my stock suspension, as well as only when I had the... cradle lockout, springs, and shocks.

I notice it on take off ( slight click or knock noise ) then when my passenger side hits an uneven part of the road.. I've gotten under and tightened everything but still haven't had any relief from it.

Here's sound someclips, not the very best but it might put it into perspective. it sounds like something tapping or shaking loose under the car.

in the very beginning of this video ( pulling out of a drive way ) and towards the middle and very end ( uneven road, and then leaving from a stop )

noise occurrence matches the passenger seat movement but not related.

I haven't brought it to the dealer to inspect because i'm afraid they won't look at it since it's not factory suspension.

Any ideas? I know the clips aren't the best and probably won't help diagnose but.. is anyone else experiencing this? as stated.. I am confident it is not the suspension parts because the noise was present even with the stock setup.

I have a near identical setup to yours.

I ran into a very similar problem, it might be your toe link to knuckle bearings. The stock ones are crappy rubber and fold pretty easily. I took it to the Ford dealership here on Oahu, and they instantly were like it is the bearings. Apparently it is a common problem even with the stock suspension.

Getting my passenger toe link replaced solved a clunking I had for a long time. You will not be able to rotate this by hand like me if you haven't put in bearings where this connects on the knuckle. But these bearings are VERY loosy goosy...

I have since installed Steeda Toe Links which have a FAR superior bearing and clunks are gone.

The stock toe link-sourced clunk came back after 2-3K miles after having the links warrantied so... futile fix, really.

I have the BMR adjustable toe links, but I used to factory bearings in the installation, I ordered the FRPP ones and I get them installed next week.

The factory knuckle-to-toe rubber BUSHING is not a (spherical) bearing. Replacing it with the FRPP bearing is a good idea.
