You're so going to love those GT350 brakes!

So excited. I'm sure these will be way better than the Wilwood setup I had on my 2005. These are the best brakes to come on a mustang EVER. As you already know lol.

Well, the big ticket item has shipped and all 192 lbs of it delivers on Wednesday

Full Tilt Boogie Racing GT350R brake conversion kit

Everything but the brake pads because I couldn't just put OEM pads on with friends like [MENTION=22413]Optimum Performance[/MENTION] Recieved this package from him the other day and I couldn't be happier. Breaks are massive but the care taken to wrap everything up nice nice, print out front & rear directions and include the caliper (pad changing) slide bolts is second to none.

I plan on doing a write up on the installation because s far as I know nobody else has done it here yet and may be on the fence about getting this kit as well. I think I am going to pick up a GT350 brake booster and front ABS sensors for the cheap money it will cost for piece of mind even though FTB states they installed the kit without issues. Im just anal lol

Awesome! I was going to do this as soon as they released the kit but after asking some questions just to make sure, I learned the the MRR GT350 wheels will not clear these brakes. I was so sad...LOL.. I cant wait to see it though

What won't clear? The barrel or the spokes of the wheel?

I run a 19" wheel with PP brakes, the Shelby is 1/2" larger in Diameter. I have over a 1/2" of clearance currently in the barrel of the wheels I have so unless the Shelby Calipers sit significantly higher above the rotor I should have room to spare.

Thank bud! To be honest I was gonna try and pick up your front CF splitter but this depleted my wallet lol

I gave Paul a call and he said I should be fine with the Forgestars I have but I ain't gonna lie I'm nervous. I had the MRR M350 wheel but luckily I had switched to these before I saw this kit. Once I saw it I couldn't un see it, had to have it lol.

Car is still at Tasca so tomorrow I'm gonna press the Ford Racing Knuckle Bearings into the knuckles and prey I get the call from Tasca to come get the car.
