The FTBR set up looks great. Eventually I will do their rear kit so I can have matching Brembos all around.

Gauge pod fits in there perfectly! Plenty of room
You won't be disappointed thats for sure. Agreed, I'm pleasantly surprised with how it fits. I ordered the dash top thanks again for the part number.

Those are some serious brakes! :eyebulge:
Cant wait to eat some windshield tomorrow when I try them out

Nice Jaime!

How was the rear wheel offset?
Wheels pushed out 5/16" or 8mm so new wheels have been ordered :frusty:

Not really a big deal, a local friend bought my wheels so thats good!

Yesterday I swapped out the brake booster to a PP booster just for piece of mind. Not sure why Ford Racing states for auto guys to swap boosters if upgrading to PP calipers but for the short money I figured I'd get it done.

Install wasn't too bad but I'm glad I didn't install the PP upper K brace yet because I would have had to take that off to get the booster out. One things for sure, I'm not as flexible as I used to be to be getting up under the dash lol.

Today I am finally starting my winter install project. Got the car all washed up and used my new race ramps to get the car on my lift, garage heater is cranking, its gonna be a fun winter getting everything in.

Complete stage 2 Whipple with 10 rib/upgraded ICP/new coolant tank and curved blade Spal fans, Kooks headers, Steeda K brace, Mishimoto radiator-catch can-upper/lower/ancillary silicone hoses, boost/oil temp/oil pressure gauges with custom gauge pod, Whipple fan switch, custom hood blinker harness, PP upper K braces, custom grill, V3 Howler badge, custom painted engine caps .......

Got my garage all cleaned up and ready for the winter project :headbang:

Pulled the bumper off and started opening things up. Figured this would be a good time to install my headlight bulbs

I find it worth the time to drop the bracket that's slightly in the way, it helps get the pigtail off the bulb without ripping your fingers apart

Baby steps

Maybe next year I can use the 4 post lift for what I intended it for but for now it houses all my parts to be installed and a few take off parts lol.

Jaime, that ladder is scaring me!!!
How big is your garage? And what's the ceiling height?

No worries Scott the top rung is held by two wall hooks which are secured with a few 3" screws into studs

My garage is 2 stalls wide by 2 stalls deep with 14' ceiling. My 2 post lift is in the rear right bay while the 4 post is in the left front. The wife parks under the 4 post.

This is the first time I've heard about needing to upgrade the brake booster. I upgraded over 6 months ago and haven't noticed anything wrong?? I may have to get in touch with FR and find out there is any adverse effects of keeping my original brake booster.

Right, my brakes worked but as I mentioned Ford Racing states for auto cars to upgrade. I can only assume the auto booster is slightly under powering the calipers vacuum wise. Maybe not for everyday driving but more when emergency braking, aka oh shit stopping. They suggest this for just switching to PP front calipers so I decide to do it because not only are the front calipers bigger for me, the rears are greatly increased and will require more vacuum to supply enough braking power.

I'll be interested in hearing what they say if you call but for me it was cheap enough to just do it.

Got some more garage time in today, things are coming apart nicely.

I've had my Mishimoto radiator lying around since I decided to trade in for an auto back in June and will finally get to install it. This thing is a work of art and is massive compared to the stock non PP radiator.

Got another package today as well and I simply can't wait to get them installed. Absolutely genius on Steeda's part to come up with these. I can tell you first hand how much of a pain it is to accurately adjust rear camber with the stock adjustment. These are brilliant and just playing with them on the bench its easy to see how much easier and more accurate it will be to adjust camber with these bad boys.
