What he said.OEM S550 TPMS sensors self train. Can't speak for aftermarket that may or may not.
Very good. Well explained. Thanks! I just plan to have an extra set of wheels between two 350's. Thank you again!I have OEM sensors. If my 6GR wheels are the third set of wheels I put on in a row (this happens with any set of wheels I have), I have to program them.
So... started from stock, went to Project 6GR. No programing needed.
Put on my road course wheels, had to program. Now it has the Project 6GR and road course wheels because put the 6GR wheels on and they didn't require programing but if I put the stock wheels back on instead, I have to program them.
It's as if the car only holds two sets of TPMS to recognize. Weird thing...
I wonder if thats why mine isnt working. I just got back from ford and had them try their tool. They said that they couldn't read any of the 4 sensors with their tool. They took my vin # and looked up the sensors and ordered me 4 more, should be in tomorrow. There are three different sensors listed for GT350. Vin specific. My new ones linked right up.
