Excuse me if this has already been posted, but what are some quick and easy items to remove for immediate weight reduction? I have a 2015 base model GT (6MT).

My stock exhaust and catalytic converters have been replaced and my aftermarket wheels are lighter than the stock base 18" wheels. Anything else?

Maybe you had a type o. But complete gutted racecars are around 3100ish. Check what weight you typed. Thats old honda crx weight.

Not sure if it has already been mentioned but does anyone know how much the heated/cooled premium leather seats weigh? Also the factory recaro seat? Thanks!

Factory Recaros are heavy. They're probably heavier than a base seat, b/c they're only like 3 lbs lighter a piece than the heated/cooled, electric premium seats.

I saw it somewhere:
I think they're like 55 for Recaros vs 58 for the loaded Premium seats.

If you want weight loss, dont get the factory or FRPP Recaros.

Wheels, check! Hopefully, you went as light as possible and saved 10 lbs per corner.

Plus 1-pc aluminum driveshaft. Those are the 2 best weight losses.

wheels - 36-40 lbs
DS - 18-20 lbs

if you do both that's -60 lbs off rotational mass, that's HUGE in effectiveness.

Items thus far.

Rear Seats- 30.8 pounds.
Trunk Carpet Cover- 4.6 pounds.
Battery Cover- 1.4 pounds.
Stock Floor mats- 2.6 pounds.
Single carpet piece that connects to rear seat- 0.8 pounds.

Total at this Point - 40.2 pounds.

For the rear seats, 30.8, that's bottom cushion, top cushion(s), does that also include seat belts?

A EB hood is just over 30 lbs.
