just buy the manual, it ain't that expensive.
Where is the best place to buy the manual? I just tried a place that was recommended earlier, but I was redirected to a questionable website and there was an error processing the transaction. The error message was in broken English and I'll probably be getting a new credit card from the bank thanks to their fraud protection.

EDIT: My credit card company just called me to discuss my transactions!

I don't own a PC and the disc only opens on a PC so the PDF is the way to go for me. Plus I can use it no matter what device I am using and wherever I am. My MacBook, iPad or iPhone

Do they still offer a 72 hour subscription? I can't seem to find it, and the original links aren't working for me. Is the $177 CD the same thing that I accessed when I used my 72 hour subscription?

Thanks in advance!
I was told about a month ago by the motorcraftservice.com customer service that their site was updated in January 2016. They no longer offer single-year, single-vehicle subscriptions to Workshop Manuals. The only option now is to get the 72-hour subscription for all vehicle/all model years for $21.95 :frusty:

It's a shame, too. But it'll push me to go ahead and buy a copy for each of my Fords. To this day my favorite book is the hard copy of the Helm workshop manual for my 1977 C10. That thing is covered in every automotive fluid known to man and still completely legible.

Here's the link now. Use the pull down in the "Term" window to chose 72 hrs for $21.95.

I've accumulated some of the more common torque numbers here: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47084

I'm having surgery next month that will leave me with not much to do for a few days so I plan to get the Motorcraft subscription once I feel decent then save as much of it as I can over 3 days since I'll just be sitting on my butt anyhow.

Wonder if you have to save each page one-by-one ... or can whole sections be saved? If it's one page at a time that would pretty much suck.

When I did it for my car and again for my truck it was one at a time :headbonk:
